Dr Lata Ananda Krishna is a Paediatric Dentist graduated from government Dental College Bangalore and specialised from AB SHetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences. She has also completed her PhD researching on problematic eating behaviour and its relationship to dental caries in children from Nitte University, Mangaluru. She is presently pursuing her fellowship in Medical Education from FAIMER Institute Philadelphia. She emphasises on comprehensive management of oral problems in children stressing on prevention and education.
She is also trained in handling children with special needs especially autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, medical conditions including cardiac conditions, epilepsy, respiratory conditions. She is also consultant at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital and performs oral rehabilitation under general anaesthesia. She is also trained to handle children under conscious sedation. She firmly believes that oral health is a fundamental right of the child and strives to ensure its accomplishment.
